After 13 years in as a professional in the Seattle real estate market, I feel it's my goal to educate and guide my clients through today's complex maze of buying and selling real estate. As a buyer, home buying can be a long and stressful process but knowing what to expect can reduce the stress level. That's why I spend a good deal of time getting to know my clients, what they're looking for and then educating them on buying in the Seattle market.
My job as your listing agent is to work with you to determine what your needs are. To determine the highest sales price and within your time frame. I will put together a marketing plan for selling your property that will include open houses for both buyers and agents, flyers, and preparing your home for being on the market. I will also help to educate you on what to expect, hopefully to reduce some of the stress involved with selling your home.
After all is said and done, I want my clients to feel that they were an active part of the process and they are quick to refer me to other friends and family.
